Are your items genuine?
Yes all the products we sell are in fact 100% Genuine Products. I guarantee the authenticity of each product I sell. I use a distinct formula for telling if games are fake or not, and each game must pass that formula to be sold!!!

How can I tell if the games are genuine?
You can't exactly tell which products are genuine and which are not, unless you receive the game. But my guide on telling if games are fake or real are available for purchase in eBook form, you'll be able to learn everything you need to know, so you are guaranteed to not receive bootlegs.

How long does shipping typically take?
Shipping takes anywhere from 3-8 days. I ship using USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days), but please allow a few extra days for me to get the item shipped to you.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently I only ship to United States Residents, this includes Alaska and Hawaii (shipping is a little extra).

Do you trade in used video games for credit?
Yes I do, you can either trade in your games for paypal, cash, or Merchandise credit. Obviously the quickest way to receive your money for the trade in is paypal, and you can use it on any purchase that accepts paypal as payment. You can also do Cash, which I'd have to send through the mail. Lastly you can use Merchandise Store Credit, which will allow you to buy any item(s) you choose.

How do the trade ins work?
It's pretty simple you'll send me an email with the games you want to trade, what type of payment you would like in return. I'll reply to your e-Mail with a competitive trade in price. If you decide to accept I'll have further instructions for you.
